We process all booking requests within one to two business days. “By request”
system allows us to have better rates and should your first choice hotel be
unavailable, we would offer you the best possible alternative. Once the hotel
is booked, you will receive a booking confirmation along with credit charge
authorization form. All you need to do sign the form and fax it to us within
the next 2 days in order to secure your reservation.
You can still change or cancel your reservation anytime up to
10 business days prior to your check-in date and receive a
refund.Please note that in case you cancel a confirmed booking
processing fee of USD 25 will apply. In the event of late cancellation or a
no-show, a charge for a one-night stay, will be applied to your credit card
unless other cancellation policy is not specified.
You can review your current reservation, verify the hotel confirmation
number, extend your hotel stay dates and add airport transfers to
your request should your plans change.
